Refund Policy

1. General Policy

This policy applies to services purchased on maxifollowers.fr. It supplements the terms of sale without limiting statutory consumer rights.

The 14-day withdrawal right generally applies to distance services. If you expressly request an early start, you may owe a proportionate amount for work already performed; the right is lost once the service is fully performed under Articles L221-25 and L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

2. Refund Conditions

You may submit a claim for non-delivery, partial delivery, a processing error or a duplicate payment. We reconcile the payment, order and delivery evidence before proposing the appropriate remedy.

  • Non-delivery: contact us when the service has not been performed within a reasonable period for the order.
  • Partial delivery: a new performance, credit or proportionate refund may be offered after review.
  • Processing error: we review the correction or refund appropriate to the situation.
  • Duplicate payment: provide both payment references so they can be reconciled.

3. Conditional Replacement

Some services may include a replacement period when it is expressly shown in their conditions. Contact us with the order number; eligibility and provider capacity are checked before any restart.

4. Claim Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to contact@maxifollowers.fr with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for your request
  3. Our team checks the payment, order and delivery status
  4. If a refund is selected, its method and applicable timing are confirmed by email

5. Processing Time

Timing depends on order verification and, after a refund is issued, on the payment provider and your bank. We do not promise an unmeasured response time.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are made exclusively to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed through Monetico, our secure payment provider.
